Treatment for building materials.
SEKO Professional Water Repellent is a ready-to-use aqueous solution of modified alkoxysilane/polydimethylsiloxane (non-film-forming effect).
It is used as a water repellent agent for building materials (cellular concrete, paving, bricks, tiles, facing stones) and insulation materials (perlite, vermiculite).
Treats up to 25m2 depending on the porosity of the substrate.
Application on vertical and horizontal surfaces
- Product suitable for us on all surfaces: Brick, stone, plaster walls, concrete, mortar, fibre cement, slate, tile, shingle, fibre, cement, painted surfaces, etc.
Acts quickly, does not discolour and leaves no marks on the materials whose preservation it improves (reduces the tendency to become dirty, prevents damage caused by freeze/thaw cycles and efflorescence) - Gives the treated material optimised water-repellent properties, reduced water absorption and good air permeability
- Can be combined with SEKO anti-moss to achieve an excellent water-repellent and fungicidal effect.
- Protection against water infiltration on façades, walls…
Treatment of hard surfaces of all kinds (cellular concrete, paving, bricks, tiles, facing stones) and insulation materials (perlite, vermiculite) found in the building industry:
After waterproofing treatment, to limit reseeding by microorganisms
Periodically, when the first signs of water damage appear, on surfaces intended to remain untreated.
